How to join as a Club 31 Member?

B-R App: Search "Baskin-Robbins Malaysia" in App Store/Play Store and download the app. Then, register using your phone number and follow the steps provided.
B-R Web: Visit https://live.prodapp.baskinrobbins.my/oms/#/. Click the "Sign Up" button and register using your phone number as well.

Once registered on either platforms, you are automatically a Club 31 member!

How to edit profile details?

Profile details can only be edited via B-R App:

Step 1: Open the B-R app
Step 2: Click on the top left button to open the side menu
Step 3: Click on the icon beside your name (Hi xx )
Step 4: Go to "edit profile" to edit

How to edit my birth date?

Birth dates cannot be edited in the app once you've registered. Kindly make a call to our customer service hotline: 1700-81-0031 to change your birth date.

Can I have multiple accounts via 1 phone number?

No, only 1 phone number per user.

Can I order online in advance and pick-up whenever I want?

Yes! You can place your orders via B-R App or Web and choose your pick-up date & time (up to 2 days in advance). Kindly remember to collect your order at your selected date/time.

How do I redeem my coupons?

Coupons are only redeemable via B-R App. Just open the app and click the coupon button in homepage. Then, choose your coupon and show it to the cashier in-store to enjoy!

*Note: Coupons are not redeemable via B-R Web & App Pick-up. Only valid for in-store only.

How many times can I use a coupon?

Coupons are only redeemable once per coupon (unless stated otherwise).

If I'm not a member, can I still get the same promotion from the B-R app if I walk-in to the physical store?

Some promos are exclusive to Club 31 members only. So, you can only enjoy the promo once you've registered as a member.

Is there any minimum order requirement for B-R App pick-up?

No minimum order needed for non-promo items. For promo items, kindly check the T&Cs if there's any minimum order required.

How long does it take to prepare my order that I've placed via B-R App pick-up?

Once order is placed, it will be prepared in 30 minutes. There will be a notification prompt from the B-R App once your order is ready to be collected!
